He were punctual, professional, courteous, and thorough. I would be please to have him back. Stanley Steamer is the only carpet cleaner we will use, period! Quick, professional, and very thorough. William, the cleaning technician, came to do two of my bedroom carpets and an area rug. My carpets were old and spotty and needed some TLC. William hooked me up!! I am so pleased with how hard he worked and my carpets were much improved! Will definitely use their help again!!

Outstanding job with our HVAC duct work cleaning! Ray and Tristan were professional, skilled, meticulous, and also personable. They checked in with updates on the progress and provided great information to ensure we understood the steps of the cleaning process. When one team member had to leave for a family medical emergency, his manager personally came onsite with another HVAC team member and ensured a seamless continuation of the work to completion. Great team! We highly recommend Stanley Steemer for their high quality service.
