Mark was very helpful very courteous. He went over problem areas on the carpet and explained the situations.

My previous experience was so good I used Stanley Steamer again to clean my area rugs and a chair which I also had them protected and deodorized. Emily was my Stanley Steamer technician and she was fantastic!! She was on time, very detailed, organized and professional. I really liked her and how she worked. Emily did an exceptional job for me!! I Highly recommend Stanley Steamer and Emily!
