Today was my first time seeing Dr. Serrano and her team. I am extremely pleased to have found this office! Jennifer helped me navigate scheduling my appointment (plus, worked me in after I fouled up the dates, oops!) and was very helpful with some questions I had regarding my intake paperwork. I was then greeted by Jennifer who took me back to start getting my X-rays & first time patient pictures taken. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions comprehensively. She was careful to make sure I was comfortable and checked in with me often during my cleaning. Shortly after the final procedure, Dr. Serrano greeted me and welcomed me to their office. She was so cheerful! She exhibited great bedside manner and gave me some much needed recommendations for the continued health of my teeth and gums. I’ve never been excited to go to the dentist but am truly looking forward to my next visit at South Knox Dental.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly! Costs for treatment and potential out of pocket costs are explained clearly. Jen the hygienist explained what she was doing and answered any and all questions I had. She also gave great tips for better dental care! Dr. Serrano is so nice and really took her time to talk to me and answer questions. Also, having a dentist who speaks Spanish was great for our needs!

The experience was great and I would definitely recommend this wonderful dental office! Everyone is absolutely amazing! Dr. Serrano is truly amazing to her patients and staff!
