This company and their employees were punctual, polite, and did a great job cleaning out house and windows. I really appreciated that. Service was quick, easy, and they didn't try to upsell us services we didn't want or need. We will definitely book them again in the future.

Yes, Smart Wash has a lot of 5 stars for their reviews. The reason is that they have integrity which is certainly lacking in some other contractors that I have done business with. They show up on time and they do what you ask them to do. If you are not satisfied with some aspect of their work they will make right - on the spot! I just had them clean all of the trim on my brink ranch home, which included exterior doors, windows, soffits, gutters, siding, shutters, and downspouts. They also cleaned out my gutters by hand to avoid clogging the downspouts. In addition they cleaned my roof. Smart Wash has been cleaning my house for 8 years. They do excellent work and take pride in their job. They also want the customer to be happy so if you’re not satisfied, they’ll make it right! I highly recommend!
