I've had multiple issues from leaking skylights to general metal roof maintenance and most recently gutter repair and replacement, and the reason I keep going back to Falcon is the quality of their work, their great and reasonable pricing, and the customer service. Dylan is very thorough and stayed in constant contact with me about the work that was needed, updates about the progress, and follow up to make sure it was the way we want it and that we're happy with the job. “Jimmy and his team were incredible to work with! From the start, Jimmy went above and beyond. He noticed we had missing ridge caps. He replaced them before we even signed the contract! That is service you just don’t see much anymore. Once the project started, you could tell that the roof was going to be completely impenetrable from rain and snow. The team ensured every area was completely sealed. After multiple roof leaks, that’s what we wanted. Once the roof was completely installed, we were completely floored by how incredible it looked. “We were left in a bad way by contractor which destroyed our main entry way door and was not going to be able to get replaced till around Thanksgiving. This happen near the end of August so I fired them. We were desperate and needed a door before the Holidays I contacted several contractors Pinnacle got back to use first. Graham Harrison came to our home showed us their options we picked out a high quality door. We then made the difficult request can we have the door installed in 30 days? Graham made one phone call to Adam Watson, Graham how about 45 days we said close enough. Adam Watson came out the next day measured for the door and ordered our custom door. In 3 weeks the door was delivered to our home the next day Two very skilled craftsmen showed and did the install. These men were very professional at their trade, I know because I have been in the construction industry for nearly 50 years. Pinnacle is going to getting our next home improvement job come spring I will not even ask any other contractor to bid for I trust their workmanship that much.
