As I was almost to my car, this amazing young woman chased me out to ask about one particular pair of slacks. (Did I want to keep the front-crease....) The order was scheduled to be completed by Wednesday.
On Monday, I received a call from this same young woman, letting me know that my slacks were done early, and that I could pick them up at any time. When I picked them up, she was so friendly and cheery, and even remembered how to pronounce my name!
This young woman is EXACTLY why customers return to any place of business. Sure, the quality of the cleaning must be good, and all other business considerations must be positive, but TRULY, people become LOYAL to a business because of the way they are treated. Kudos to the outstanding employee who was on duty at this location on Saturday 4-12 and Monday 4-14!“

“My dress is very beautiful before it was finished but it was beyond that when completed. It formed to my body as though my wedding dress was made just for me. A panel was placed in the back to make a corset fit, a bussell added to keep my dress from dragging or being stepped on; the inside bra cups altered to fit me, belt sewn on and satin trim around my elbow sleeves that match the belt; the bottom hemmed to the heights of my heels I will be wearing. It was A LOT of work. Miss Sandra is amazing and has the stunning results to prove it. She is so kind and wonderful. I would recommend her 100 times over. The overall quality and craftsmanship is stunning. It is really hard to find someone that alters gowns and dresses as this is really a dying art. I will be back for her to preserve my dress!
