The woman at the front counter was very friendly and professional, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to help me because my pants had cat hair on them. If you own pets, this is something to be aware of and you may want to go elsewhere.
One practical note: the parking lot is a bit tricky to get in and out of. If you go, entering from the back on Rennoc Rd is much easier.
Overall, the staff interaction was pleasant, but the service limitation meant I couldn’t get what I needed done.
Unfortunately, my experience at this dry cleaner was not the best. I brought in a delicate silk blouse, and it came back with a small stain that wasn't there before. While the staff was apologetic and offered to re-clean it, I was disappointed with the initial outcome. I hope they can improve their quality control in the future.
I had a pile of clothes that needed to be dry cleaned, and I was dreading the chore. But they made it so easy! They were fast, efficient, and the clothes came back looking perfect. I'll definitely be a regular customer.
