The sales representative and the installation team were quite professional and kept me well-informed every step of the way. The work was done on time and on budget. There was a minor flaw in one of the windows which I frankly could not detect visually, but which the installer found unacceptable. That panel was replaced quickly and with a minimum of fuss.
