So many yoga studios are flow, flow, flow. Gone are the days of Iyengar. So much focus on the vinyasas and little time or direction on the asanas. Your studios two classes I took were a wonderful blend of vinyasas and asanas and tempered for different needs. Just love your studio. Wish I had a magic portal door to practice with you all wherever I go. Not a local but will see you again when in the neighborhood. Namaste.

I loved the atmosphere- so calming and welcoming. The facility is very cool - such great lighting and space with freedom and warmth. The instructors were excellent - great guidance and also acceptance and encouragement for newbies - that was so helpful. I just felt so cared for and encouraged!

This studio is wonderful! The environment is cozy and relaxing all at once. Their instructor Zak did an awesome job! This is the first time in several years since I have been back at a yoga studio and I couldn't be happier to have found this one. If you are new to yoga or even if you are a veteran, this is the place to be.
