He then set up a time to come out and give me an obligation free quote and a step by step process of what he’d do to take car of the situation. Thank you so much Frankie!
Puro Clean was an excellent service to work with for our house that had water damage. They did a thorough inspection to find the leak and sent someone to fix the leak once it was found. I would highly recommend them to people in the Knoxville area.
Some of the best people I've done business with, I highly recommend them! My house was a disaster after a frozen pipe incident. Frankie fit me in when no one else could (it was a bad winter around here) and started working right away. Other problems, which the previous owner of my house had covered up, were discovered during the renovation process, and they took care of all of it for me. The whole crew was so nice, trustworthy, and reliable. Real people, not salespeople. And the price I paid for everything was very fair. I'm extremely happy with the work they did on my house, albeit a little sad they won't be back around.Services: Flood restoration
