First off, I wish there was a way to do 1/2 stars. I would like my rating to be a 4 1/2 star review. But there isn’t, so I’ll err on the side of caution. My mother has been a client with Preferred since mid-March of 2023. I have to say this is one of the best, if not the best, agencies we have worked with. With very few exceptions everyone I have come in contact with has been extremely friendly and helpful. As with any company this day and age there is a shortage of workers, but with Preferred they go out of their way to see that my mothers needs and occasional special requests are fulfilled to the best of their ability. I am satisfied with preferred care at home.they will try to work on getting the caregivers that you request and are on call 24/7.anytime i have an issue all i got to do is call them.

So many great things to say about Knox county's preffered care at home; located Campbell station rd; they are Flexible with your schedule, very understanding & has the same amount of respect , love, & concerns with meeting your needs as an employee as the company treats their clients ; your job is yours. You want it?
