Patrick came out to the Pure Magic Car Wash on Alcoa Hwy where I had inadvertently locked my keys in the car. He got there in under 30 minutes and had my car unlocked quickly even though it was a bit of a challenge. Best part is that he was able to make me a new key/remote on the spot that another locksmith company failed to get programmed and told me I would have to take it to a dealer. Best part is he did it for $50 less! Highly recommend.

Phillip was very helpful, and extremely kind. He arrived extremely quickly and the job was finished fast. He also had us check all our locks, to ensure he did a good job. Very happy with our service.

I lost my key for my pickup truck and called AAA early in the morning to get a new key. When the app told me it would be Pop A Lock coming to my house, it made me extremely apprehensive at first. That’s because I had an incredibly bad experience about 20 years ago with a Pop A Lock locksmith in Knoxville who stole my car, but I was never able to prove it.
But this is now an ENTIRELY different company and the service I received was outstanding. The office manager, Patrick, called me back very quickly, providing excellent quality customer service, and assuring me that a locksmith would soon be on the way.
