Our AC went out in the late afternoon in this crazy Summer heat. We called Pioneer, and they said they could have someone come out first thing in the morning, and gave us a window of 8-12. They texted around 11:50, and said they weren't coming. So we called, and they said it looked like we had "chosen to go with someone else", which couldn't have been further from the truth. Then, when we told them that wasnt the case, they said "Sorry that happened. We can get you on the schedule for next week though." I understand waiting and services being booked out, but they said they could come that morning, and didn't show up. Then, didn't even bother to tell us they weren't going to until 10 minutes before the window closed. Then, on top of it all, held no accountability. Don't say you can do something, especially in an urgent situation, if you're not going to.
