Only one other firm even called in the next four days. Chad let us know that our attic was hosting not only the squirrels we saw, but also flying squirrels and mice. He provided us with a proposal that was not only removal and cleanup, but also added prevention hardware for all our vents and other locations where wildlife could access the attic. They also removed all the attic insulation the animals had ruined and replaced it with a more effective level of insulation. Chad's crew was efficient in doing their work and respectful of our house any time they needed access to do the job. As a veteran myself, I appreciate that Alpha is a Veteran-Owned business. “We became bulwark customers when we bought our first home. We were both used to that being taken care of through renting and didn’t know what was average or what we should be looking for. We tried three services and Bulwark is the best! They are always on time, communicate via text which is great for those of us who work, they always get nests and webs and treat thoroughly, and send pictures if we aren’t home so we know what to be watching for. We never see bugs unless its peak season and if we do, they will come treat in between at no charge. Their products are pet and baby safe. When we bought our new house, moving was easy, they came in the first day to do a service and have come as frequently as needed to get us in a good place because the previous owners did not seem to do pest control. Matt and Dustin are great and trustworthy. We’ve been lucky to have the same two service guys for 5 years but what I do like and appreciate from a service perspective is that Bulwark will send you a photo the day before of who is testing your house so you know who to expect, and I love that safety aspect. They’ve always been so professional and helpful, I personally would not hesitate to leave a key and let them in to do the inside. We do the bimonthly option and it bills in between. “I have been using Otis for over 30 years. They do my yearly termite inspection and retreat as needed. About 3 years ago I signed us for mosquito spraying once a month. I have a large yard with lots of trees and woods around me. With all the recent rains this year mosquitos have been bad. Jacob and Michael do a wonderful of spraying for me. Noticed mosquitos getting worse and contacted Michael and Jacob to come spray since my granddaughter was having a birthday outside this weekend. Michael stopped by after his last appointment of the day to spray where I needed. Both Jacob and Michael are always very upbeat and friendly and always make sure I have no bug concerns.
