They're very personable with you and your pets. They are mindful of your concerns and will give you good information on how to observe what's necessary in your pets environment. They are very trustworthy because they do enjoy the animals that come in.
Our dog Scout is a shy mixed terrier. He's our 9-year-old baby. I was nervous about taking him to a new vet. I couldn't have found a better clinic than North Knox. From the moment we got there he was warmly welcomed. Brittany sat on the floor with him, talking to him and petting him. Dr. Spearman was sweet and patient. My biggest concern was his grooming. Robin was amazing! Scout hates baths almost as much as he hates going out in the rain. When we returned to pick him up, he was skipping around like a puppy. I'm so pleased with his care! Five stars plus! I am so thankful for the kindness, compassion, and superior service this vet and all of her staff demonstrated on what would be a most difficult and sad day for our family. We were traveling from Florida to Michigan when our 13 year old girl had an emergency, it was 5 pm on a Friday. We searched google and made the call to North Knox Veterinary Clinic. Call it fate or divine intervention this vet was close by. I’m sure my call was somewhat frantic as the receptionist managed to give me a sense of calm and assurance that they were ready and standing by to receive whatever was going on with our girl.
