I have been taking my cats here for several years. Dr Spearman and all the staff has always been so good to me and my pets. She is honest and really shows that she cares. Would highly recommend!!

Our 5yr old 5lb teacup Yorkie gets a kind of tricky haircut Asian Fusion, and lots of groomers aren’t skilled in that. Robin, N Knox groomer, makes our dog look like a movie star - “lookin good” - vet staff has been nice and helped us understand E TN dogs needs and treated us fairly and professionally. 🪇😎
