I am giving Luke a 10 out of 10 on the work he did to replace my shower valve and turn on handle. He was professional, informative, patient and neat. It was a pleasure to have him work on the shower. Thanks Luke.
These guys did a great job! I had to have one of my main lines replaced and leaky galvanized steel pipes swapped out for PVC all the way to the main. The guys that did it were super professional and got the job done very quickly considering the scope. Highly recommend!
My tech was a guy named Luke and he was right on time for the scheduled appointment. We had two other plumbing companies come out before Mr Rooter and they said nothing could be done and they never bothered to look as we have a 59 year old house with galvanized pipes. Luke walked in and explained everything in detail what he could and couldn’t do and educated on the rights and wrongs to do with these old pipes. He didn’t guarantee it up front but he wound give it his best effort….and boom Mr Luke fixed it in a timely manner and was enthusiastic about making the homeowner happy with his effort.
