“Twelve Stone is fantastic! We have only been 1 time so far, but our first visit was great. I had some questions about my mom's infusion dose and before giving it they made sure to verify. This caused them to run behind, but getting my questions answered before starting was their top priority. The communication, professionalism, and attentiveness was top notch. I like the privacy of their infusion suites vs her previous infusion center. My mom was very comfortable from the moment we arrived. Not only did mom have a comfortable chair to relax in during her infusion, but I did as well. The snacks and personal tv was an added bonus. I would highly recommend!“

Dr. Vaughn is one of the best! I was so impressed!! “Great and very interesting medical facility providing the best and beneficial care. I always had a wonderful experience with Dr Rhea in that place. He is a very experienced doctor, who listens to your problems and issues. He spends time with you explaining his train of thoughts and reasoning.
He will provide you with the best natural herbal supplements available on a market.
Sometimes you will get one, other time he will give you several.
The healing is a process, it will never happen overnight, I had to learn to be patient.
There is also a wonderful group of additional staff of this medical clinic. Everyone is super nice and helpful, very quick with checking you in or out, and going extra mile to make sure you understand the dosage of prescribed supplements.

“I originally came here to set up a PCP appointment for my self since I was new to the Knoxville area but I have been back and forth here for allergy shot injections every week and it’s definitely the best care I’ve gotten from doctors and medical staff (I’m a frequent flyer). They are extremely empathetic and timely, and have been VERY compassionate towards their patients and you can tell they care a lot about their clients treatment.I highly recommend any of the staff there as I’ve interacted with the majority of them and they were all so caring and sweet. From the front desk workers, to the nurses, medical assistants, PAs and the doctors, they are a wonderful group of individuals. They were very informative and even were transparent about being out of their scope of practice for allergenic issues. Because of this I unfortunately got referred somewhere else for injections and will sadly miss their genuine kindness and willingness to work with me. My dad didn’t quite understand his diagnoses, but Tonya was very patient and respectful and answered all his questions. Would recommend 10/10 if you need a vascular specialist.“

If he can't help he will find a Specialist who can. It's very hard for me to get to his office, but I can't imagine going anywhere else.“

“Dr. William Dedmon is the best doctor ever. For years, I have been suffering from a chronic illness involving my thyroid without even knowing it. Another doctor I saw years ago only checked one set of levels, and when they were elevated, they just checked them again, without testing the antibodies. When the levels came back normal, I thought nothing was wrong, and my exhaustive list of symptoms for thyroid issues were normal. Although I was very nervous about seeing Dr. Dedmon because- I'll be honest here- he was a man treating a woman with a "hidden" illness, his demeanor immediately made me feel so much more at peace. He listened attentively to my symptoms, asked thorough questions, and immediately ordered a test of my antibodies. Turns out, I have a chronic illness! If only doctors were as good as Dr. Dedmon, I would have discovered this years ago and received treatment sooner. He immediately put me on a medication to combat it, and I am not overreacting when I say that that medication changed my life. Dr. Dedmon also is very responsive on the messaging service on the portal. I had an issue and sent a message through there, thinking I wouldn't receive a response. However, he replied less than a day later and after business hours. While we were talking, he kept using "we" to describe the issue (we might need to take a look at...), and I found this to be very comforting because it was like he was on my team. And you will be better off with Dr. Dedmon on your team! Great man, great doctor, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a PCP.“
