I really can’t compliment this place enough. They take time with you and explain things to you. They have wonderful customer service. Alan was very helpful to me, even on the phone. If you need help when your MacBook, I highly recommend this shop.

I cannot begin to accurately express my gratitude for MCS. I'm a photographer, documenting people's moments is what I do. So in a sense, my files are not my own. When my hard drive crashed last week, my husband took my computer in to MCS in hopes that they could salvage it. Thankfully, I always backup my files to Backblaze and I don't delete cards, but even still, the thought of all of my files being gone was stressful. MCS automatically backed everything up on an external drive and told us that they'd hold onto it for as long as we needed to ensure I still had everything. My Mac mini crashed and I didn’t have everything backed up. The excellent techs not only recovered my data, they installed a new solid state hard drive that made my computer comparable to a brand new one at a great cost saving. It now runs much faster and with a huge hard drive capacity. These guys are great at what they do and I highly recommend giving them a chance to repair and update your computer before purchasing a new one. Oh, and they are very honest and forthright in meeting you needs. Thanks MCS!!!
