I would definitely recommend this company!! Joe was the team lead, he walked us through every step of the job, the whole team was professional, and they cleaned up way better than I expected.
We needed and purchased a Rheem gas water heater through Home Depot to replace our ten-year-old GE gas water heater. McRae Plumbing is Home Depot’s plumbing contractor and they performed the installation today. T.J. and Garrett, the plumbing contractors, called before their scheduled time to see if they might start early because of a cancellation. We were happy to have them start the work ASAP. Arriving a short time later, the two plumbers introduced themselves and quickly assessed the job before them. T.J. told my wife and I he didn’t foresee any problems so we left them to the installation. In less than hour, the installation was complete and T.J. informed us of the new water heater’s operation. We were very satisfied with the speed, expertise, and friendly service and do highly recommend McRae’s plumbing—especially T.J. and Garrett.
