Matlock Tire & Auto Service is a great place for all your service needs. My experience started with Joe scheduling an appointment for me to have a tire repaired. Joe was kind, courteous, and professional and after the technician’s assessment Joe gave me the best possible recommendation. I will continue to return to Matlock’s for any future auto service needs. I trust Matlock Tire and I certainly recommend them.
Matlock Tire & Service very nicely fixed a flat tire I had because of a nail. Since I used to go to Discount Tires, I first took my car to them. The rep there tried hard for me to buy a new set of tires, despite my tire thread depth being about 7/32 inches. The nail was in the tread and the rep made the absurd claim that the nail was in the “wall.” At that point I asked Discount Tires (Farragut) to not fi anything and I came hone.
After searching for tire repair places online, I found Matlock. I made an appointment with them and they fixed the tire without any fuss. I asked the senior service tech there if I needed new tires. He took a look and said “no”.... read full review
Very friendly and fast service! I have taken my car there once and my wife's twice and their service has been great every time, we plan to continue going there, highly recommend!
