I was looking for a salon to get a gift for my sister , came across Lost Lagoon and love that they use clean products so I decide to treat myself . I chose the Dreamers Destination. I was a little disappointed that I was not given the option for which body treatment I preferred ( it states on the website you get to choose which body treatment) ,when I asked about that Jerrica said she assessed what the skin needs to decide which body treatment you get . She also did not do the scalp massage as stated that is included with the package ?

Literally the best place in Knoxville. Kelsey is amazing. Everything about this place is fantastic. The atmosphere, the staff, the services, everything. I cannot recommend Lost Lagoon enough ?
