I've tried out a few spots around Knoxville to get Brazilians and I keep coming back to this place. The ladies who work here are so nice and welcoming. I have had Brazilians done by Emily, Katie, and Carly and loved the experience every time! One of these days I will splurge on one of their facials. I highly recommend this spot for anyone and their waxing needs.

Had a spa party at Lost Lagoon and it was so perfect! Emily prepared the BEST spread of snacks and drinks. We had the place to ourselves to enjoy for the afternoon and I really can't say enough good things about it. Katie and Carly did our services and they were both great and flexible with what we wanted to have done. Can't wait to go back!!

Emily and Katie are so kind and welcoming. The entire spa is perfectly curated and so comfortable. I got a facial with friends for a birthday event and it was the best experience. Thank you guys!
