The evening of day 1 of a 32 day trip we discovered the Truma AquaGO in our Winnebago View was not producing hot water. We were camping in Asheville, NC. We had purchased our rig at Lazy Days Tampa, and had great service. Lazy Days Knoxville/Strawberry Plains was enroute on I-40. Contacted them first thing in the morning and arrived at 10 am. Facility was gorgeous and simple to reach. Everyone was great. The service manager hooked us up with Steve, their Truma expert. He quickly figured out the problem (mud dobber nest in the fan)! We were on the road again in 58vmin and got some great advice about descaling and screening. Thanks Steve and everybody at Lazy Days!... read full review
Jimmy was excellent to work with! Was not pushy at all. The service guy that did our walkthrough was also excellent as well as the lender. This was our first time purchasing an RV and it was a great experience. Everyone from the front receptionist to the service department acknowledged us, said hello, and made us feel welcome.
Been here before for rv supplies and accessories with plenty of options to choose from. This time, the supplies and accessories to choose from were a tenth of what they use to carry! I’ll have to find somewhere else to go…
