Bert and Brian were excellent at doing our inspection. Immediately afterwards, they thoroughly explained and showed photos of their findings on their digital display. Would definitely use their service again.
We were so pleased with Bert's inspection of our first home. He was extremely thorough, and made sure to explain all of his findings, letting us know if it was something needing immediate attention or maintenance down the road. He gave recommendations on what exactly needed to be repaired and who we would contact to do that. We're very happy that we went with Knoxville Engineered Home Inspections!
