“Working with Jennifer has been such a dream! She designed our dining room, living room, kitchen backsplash and hardware, along with picking paint colors for the entire house. Our home was not our style, and Jennifer took a hodgepodge of inspo photos and random ideas from me and turned it into a timeless, fun and colorful design that reflected our personality. I could not have brought that about without Jennifer. She uses her expertise to make what would otherwise be an overwhelming process enjoyable. She really listens to what you want and provides options at multiple price points and examples when you’re not sure about something. Her attention to detail adds polish, and she is thoughtful and listens. She oversaw all of the install and troubleshooted when questions came up. I highly recommend working with her, not least of all because she is so kind and fun to work with!“

“I have been very impressed with the quality of help, cabinets, installation, and follow-through that Standard Kitchen & Bath has provided. Mary Johnson, in particular, hit a homerun with everything I wanted. She listened and made sure she understood what I wanted, drew it out on paper, discussed pros and cons, provided advice on how to figure out the exact height of cabinets I wanted, and never once tried to convince me that I didn't really want something just because it was not "standard". She didn't try to up-sale me on things I neither wanted nor needed, rather listened and made suggestions of things I hadn't thought about that would enhance my unique likes and dislikes. Most importantly of all - she made sure I stayed on budget. Although I wouldn't say I'm "hard to work with or hard to please", I would certainly say that I "expect excellence" when I'm paying money for something. I am happy to say "excellence" was given in every aspect of my experience, including the delivery. The gentlemen who delivered my cabinets were not only respectful to me, but also to each other. The level of respect with which they spoke to each other was so high, that it caught me off guard (in a good way). It was nice to have that modeled for my children.
