Mr. Smith clearly has no interest beyond taking a 40% deposit and not showing up again. We have given him many chances and all he offers is excuses. We will have to sue him to get our deposit back. I understand that we aren't the only people he has done this to.

Danny Smith stole from me. This contractor is basically running a ponzi scheme! Using new victims jobs to pay his workers for the previous victims jobs. He took a draw from our loan to do renovation on our house ( which by the way , was a bigger job than his license allows him to bid on) and only completed about 10% of the work according to the bank inspection. Now we are out of pocket to fix the substandard or completely unattempted work that he promised to deliver ( or told us he had completed!) RUN...RUN AWAY...RUN AWAY FAST
