Imagine is one of the most quality built shells in the country. There isn’t any issue with time or schedule when they schedule it it will arrive.If your shell didn’t arrive on time, it’s because you don’t have a good builder and he didn’t communicate correctly.I have installed hundreds of imagine shells, and they last a lifetime.Service: Fiberglass swimming pool construction

Although the pool design and gelcoat color are beautiful, the finish of the pool was not cared for when they stacked multiple pools on top of one another or when they packed our pool for shipping. People spend a lot of time saving for an in ground pool project, and for Imagine Pools to not take the time to protect the finish of their pools is irresponsible and disrespectful to their customers. The process would take a minimal amount of time. Although they offer a warranty to fix scratches and cosmetic issues that occur due to their lack of effort, their warranty department is beyond slow!
