I am updating this review to reflect Todd's eagerness to make things right and he has done so. I would, therefore, recommend House Doctor Home Inspections Services now that my concerns have been resolved. We have used Todd to inspect several homes, but something has definitely changed since last we used him in 2019. Was quick to schedule and on time for the appointment and the report came in a timely manner. However, very poor follow through when we needed him to write a quick statement regarding an aspect of his inspection that was going to delay closing if we didn't get it or costs us lots of money to have someone else inspect the issue. Buying a house is not for the weak, it's overwhelming and quite a process. The House Doctor was probably the easiest part. Accurate, through, and professional. I highly recommend The House Doctor and would and will use them again.
