Susie always does a great job with our Maltese Marty. She's very kind and caring, and is mindful about Marty's anxiety and old age. The environment at Heart to Heart is much less stressful and busy, and she always makes sure Marty is safe while he's there. I love that she only keeps him for his actual groom time, and he doesn't have to spend hours in a kennel waiting for his turn. Wonderful place and highly recommended!

My babies have never been trusted to anyone other than Miss Susie or Kelsey for their grooming. She is precise, trustworthy, and I have never had a complaint about the final product! She has been grooming my animals for almost 20 years. You will never find a better groomer or Caregivers for your pets.
