I have a fear reactive dog who seriously dislikes car rides and had just been to the UT Behavioral Clinic the week before our first appointment at HVAH, so she was already very anxious and nervous. The outside exam room was WONDERFUL and the vet and tech both did a phenomenal job of connecting with my dog and helping her settle in for the visit.
I love that the staff is Fear Free certified - it makes for a less stressful visit for mom and dog! Happy to have found them.
I love taking my dog here! I know he will be in good hands every time and all the staff are very kind and welcoming, even when he is very anxious. I always feel like they go above and beyond to make sure my dog feels safe and comfortable to make sure he gets the care that he needs, even if it takes more time or planning.
Debbie is always excited to see her friends at HVAH! Thank you for always taking such good care of her ❤️. I have never met a more caring, loving team of veterinary professionals.
