I had several appointments for renewal termite inspection. They neither showed ups scheduled or called. Finally after speaking to the technician directly we were able to schedule a time to perform the inspection. I don’t know what the problem with the office is/was. I never received an explanation.

My first knowledge that Gregory was servicing our termite inspection contract was when I got a bill. That bill stated that the inspection had been done on 3-30-2019 and I owed $150.00. For the next 3 weeks I made 5 phone calls to Gregory indicating no one had been here to inspect our property as we would have had to be here to unlock doors for crawl space & garage. I never received a return call until contacting them once again on April 22. At that time, I was told they had been experiencing some issues during their new servicing of Heritage customers and bills had gone out before inspections had been set up or inspections had been done on perimeter only. An inspection was set up for April 24 and the technician arrived on time and inspected all areas of our property. The service person arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, and printed out a receipt.

The people with this company have no limits on customer service. We had people come to our house to help us with a mouse problem and they came by and looked at the house and then went back to the office and came back and before they had gone it was almost 8 at night. Not only did they fix our problem but they also told us what they were doing and why so we understood the process as well. We love this company!
