say what you want about great clips but every shop is truly different.in knoxville there’s literally a great clips every 3 miles, but this location specifically is the absolute best. everyone there actually knows what they’re doing and cares about their work. they listen and actually use the notes in their system to keep track of all your personal hair needs and concerns.for me it’s really hard to let anyone else touch my hair, since the pandemic i’ve done everything myself. cut, color bleach and all, and every time i’ve come in when i mess up y’all make me feel comfortable enough to get it fixed professionally rather than make it worse or give up and let...read full review

Back when I had just had my daughter I came in to get a hair cut to feel more like myself. My daughter got hungry and as a new breastfeeding mama I was apologetic and scared. The people working at that Salon that day reassured me and even helped me get her in a better position. my daughter then got sick from eating too quickly and they told me to sit as I was jumping up to clean it, and cleaned them the entire thing up for me no matter how many times I begged them to let me. Because "I was a new mom and I needed to take this time to relax" I walked out of there with a fantastic shampoo cut and styled. And finally felt like my own person from being pregnant.
