Unfortunately, after two years of seeing this practice we can no longer recommend them. We have experienced several prescriptions incorrectly ordered and one that was incorrectly prescribed. We have shown up for scheduled tests and procedures that they were unprepared to execute and had to reschedule. It's just not safe for us to take those risks with this practice.

After my recent appointment with Dr. Lauren, I'm feeling very grateful that the Knoxville community has such an authentic and professional medical provider who prioritizes inclusive care for her patients. She is a confident ally to marginalized identities who, so often, are neglected and unable to find compassionate care in our region.We are at our most vulnerable when reaching out for medial attention. Many of us who identify with the LGBT+ community dread doctor visits. Finding the courage to finally seek out help is regularly a gamble that you may be mistreated, disrespected, or humiliated. I have been a patient of Dr. Scott Gallian since I moved to Knoxville in 2019. I have found his care to be exemplary. He always takes his time speaking with me and answering any questions I have about my care. Another bonus is that Dr. Gallian always completes refill requests I request through my pharmacy’s text message system very quickly. It is a big relief to know I have found a primary care doctor I enjoy seeing and can provide a stable continuity of care for my needs.The office staff have always been friendly and competent.
