Completion of job was exactly when he told us it would be. He arrived right on time everyday as scheduled and he worked diligently, and straight through each day until our flooring was totally complete. John and his crew did an excellent job refinishing my floors. In my professional career I have had several hundred thousand square feet of flooring refinished. When it was time to do my own floors the companies that I have done business with told me that they would prefer that I find someone that did residential floor finishing. So, I started looking and found Fortis Construction Services. I had 3 estimates lined up, when John showed up, we discussed what I wanted. Shortly after meeting him, it did not take me long to figure out he was the one that was going to do my work. I canceled my other appointments and gave the job to Fortis. The price was almost exactly what I expected, and I knew I was going to get a great job. I had never met John but gave him the keys to my house and when on vacation. He is very trustworthy and honest. I can assure you that he knows flooring and you will be treated fair and honest with top notch work quality.
