This Fast Pace Urgent Care in Karns is located in front of Ingles Grocery Store, directly across the street from Bojangles and Karns Church of Christ. The quality care was fine and it's best if you check in online for your appointment so you don't have to wait as long.

I went in with shoulder pain. I was taken back right at my appointment time, and had an X-ray taken. The nurse/X-ray tech and Dr.Shafer were great. I was given a steroid shot and they reached out to my PCM for me to get a referral for PT. I was in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend for Orthopedic care.

Linsey was a great worker while doing multiple jobs at once and while helping me to figure out what was wrong with me she was kind and very friendly and hardworking she definitely deserves a raise and should be rewarded for her work
