We had a leak through the grout around the base of our walk-in shower and couldn’t find anyone to do the repair. We spoke with three different repair folks, made appointments with them and each one never showed up. I found Exact Tile on line, called them and made an appointment. I received a text confirmation within minutes and they showed up when they said they would. They diagnosed the problem, came up with a repair plan and fixed the issue. They showed up when they said, did a professional job and cleaned up any mess. They followed up with us twice in the days after the repair to assure all was good and we were satisfied. Very happy with Exact Tile!
