I treated myself to a 90 minute birthday massage and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The space was clean and peaceful, my massage therapist was very skilled and listened to my specific needs. I will definitely be returning and am considering becoming a member.

Mariah takes time to work on your specific issues trying various methods to get you the relief you need. She continues to learn new techniques and styles to improve your massage. She even gives a follow cards with stretches and yoga poses to give you relief and help keep you moving without pains. Thank you.

I have a few issues with my back and also during several of my appointments was recovering from a torn PCL. The staff was always amazing and was great at both addressing my problem areas like my back (which holds a lot of tension) while also avoiding and accommodating my knee (PCL tear). Definitely love every experience I have had here.
