Can't say enough about how good of a job Rocky did on our carpets. One of our dogs became ill and ended up urinating (marking) several of our carpeted rooms without us knowing. We called Rocky to not only clean the carpet but also to see if he could neutralize the urine odor to hopefully discourage future similar behavior. Rocky exceeded our expectations and the carpets came out perfect! On top of that Rocky was prompt, courteous, fairly priced and was an absolute pleasure to deal with!
