Having recently had a very negative experience elsewhere I so appreciated both Dr Smith and the office manager, Lynn. They were straightforward yet caring. I would highly recommend this practice
Everything was amazing. I checked in and before five minutes past was seated. The service was spectacular. And I created a new appointment six months from now with these! Everything was on point and I highly recommend this office.
The substitute doctor and the technician were so awesome taking time to explain to me thoroughly with my situation. However, the vibes from the front desk lady were kind of weird... a little bit of talking/looking down to me and didn't know I was the returning patience even though I told her at least twice - on the phone and also wrote down on the paper. I guess the establishment should be careful with the patience information.
