Diana, DC Bodywork, is one of those healthcare professionals you’ll be so grateful that you’ve found! Her knowledge and expertise help to empty your medicine cabinet! She provided me her structural integration program, which eliminated all my aches and pains that I had come to believe were just part of growing older. This program helped to reactivate certain muscle groups that had weakened over time and coordinated the various groups improving my overall posture and body strength. All my various muscle groups now work together with more fluidity. This efficiency makes a body feel like one of a much younger person— Diana is the Fountain of Youth!

As a former collegiate athlete, I not only have lots of residual issues, but also a lot of experience w people trying to “fix” me. Hands down, Diana is the best! She is so strong! Her knowledge is vast and she does a great job explaining her work to a person like me who attempts to understand the action/counteraction taking place in the body!

I had been going to order therapists for my shoulder problem and they cared but never quite understood the problem. Diana understood and has not only helped me get to a pain free place but had also taught me what I need to know to stay pain free. I recommend to anyone!
