Wanted to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and craftsmanship your installation team (Dave & Tristen Owens) demonstrated during our recent flooring project. From the moment they arrived—early and well-prepared—they impressed us with their thoughtful approach. They carefully reviewed the available options for repairing our floor and helped us make informed decisions that balanced aesthetics and durability. Despite the unexpected challenge of working with flooring planks that varied in width, your team delivered a beautiful result that exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail, respectful demeanor, and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to encounter such dedication and pride in workmanship, and we’re truly grateful. We would not hesitate to hire your team again and will gladly recommend your services to others seeking reliable and high-quality flooring work.
Megan was a joy to work with! Her professionalism and expertise on tile and carpet made the selection process easy, and we love the results! Based on our experience, we highly recommend Megan and David’s Abbey.
I do not recommend. Think twice, or three times and have the work inspected prior to grouting and sealing. We are part of the Farragut community and have a home that was constructed with a major builder who uses David Abbey as their sub. Our home is 6 years old and well cared for but we just had the entire master floor taken out and replaced due to the poor quality of work performed by DA. The waterproofing, the quality of work, the lack of professional finish led our shower grout (power grout) to crack and leak. This was amplified by the lack of moisture barrier material being used. There are other homes in our community who are experiencing this poor quality of work and are now rebuilding their showers for $$$ The pictures will show how much water reached the studs.
