My 6 year-old computer's graphic processor would no longer run Adobe Photoshop. It had been upgraded once before. Jacob researched to see if the graphics processor could be upgraded again. Unfortunately, it could not. Jacob helped me with a new computer and monitor. The new computer is fantastic. Communication with Jacob and the staff at Computers Etc. was always very quick and clear. I am extremely satisfied with the staff and work at Computers Etc.

Very professional staff. Had a new ssd installed, windows loaded and files restored on laptop.Service was done quickly and well. Cost was reasonable.Will definitely use them again if the need arises.
