I am very pleased with the service I received. My old Dell business computer wouldn't wake up on a Thursday, and the following week I needed to do payroll for my small company. I chose Computer Depot because one of their two locations was close. I called and had to leave a message. That wasn't encouraging, but my call was returned very quickly. I dropped it off. Friday morning I received a call and analysis. I chose to replaced the unit, and explained my concern about time. I wondered how long it would take for the new computer to be ready. I dreaded the thought of having to install software or activate it on my new computer. Tuesday afternoon, Shah called me to let me know the new computer was ready. I arrived first thing Wednesday. Shah started my new computer and to my amazement, everything worked just as it had on the old computer. My experience with Computer Depot couldn't have been better.
