Compass provided above and beyond support for a long time customer. Providing troubleshooting and replacement of a component in my home that wasn't a normal part of the equipment provided with our install. One of the power supply breakers to our unit was chattering and was hot. I called Compass and a technician was dispatched the next morning. He checked the situation and determined the breaker was failing due to age and not my HVAC unit..he obtained a new breaker and replaced the faulty one. The problem was solved better than new. My experience with Compass has always been OUTSTANDING!!!

I love this company. They respond quickly, they help you understand which unit you need, how to finance, etc. Ryan came out twice to tweak some things since we did a complete replacement. He explained the phone app for my thermostat, and I use it everyday. I love that I can change the thermostat a couple of hours before arriving home after a long trip. I love walking in to a comfy house.

Did a great job , got me up and running the next day on a unit they installed for me almost 30 years ago. It's nice to have a old established company that you can depend on these days.
