This company is crooks. I worked for them and I saw on a daily basis how they cut corners but still billed the insurance company and/or customer. If it was an important customer that customer would jump to the front of the line, giving them preferential treatment giving them amenities. He treats the employees badly.

Our family has had a very good experience with this company. We found them to be honest, fair and efficient. My parent's had a fire in their rental house and Champion came in and turned it around very fast. The roof had burned out and they repaired it. The tenants were back in the house very quickly.

Champion replaced our roof from the April 2011 hail storm. They invoiced us in January 2012, we paid them off when work was completed June of 2012. The have now sent me a "revised invoice for billing errors caught in an audit" in JANUARY 2014. TWO YEARS after the original invoice and 19 MONTHS after the account was paid in full and closed out. It was sent along with a generic "Dear Customer" letter, that apologizes if the invoice reflects an unexpected balance and goes on to explain how they NOW determined the final invoice amount by first establishing the final approved replacement cost value, and adding the amounts for repairs, upgrades, and other... read full review
