I have been going to this vet (on Mill Road) for 4-5 years. What really makes this vet stand out is the staff. I recently went to pick up my dogs heart medicine and saw that a staff member Michelle passed. I just wanted to say for me, she made that vet hospital. I would call to refill my pets prescription and she would always know my pet and ask how they were progressing. When I called with an emergency with their breathing she would always fit them in and shared my concerns. I trust my pets going here because the staff actually care and she will be greatly missed.
I have a cat that can get a little crazy when it comes to exams and shots. It’s hard bringing him in any where to get a check up. However, he could not hold food or water down so I brought him in today. The staff was nothing but kind, professional, and informative. Even though my cat was screaming bloody murder. They still did everything they could and more. I’ve brought him to other clinics in the past and most places treat him like a cat they don’t want to deal with. Not this place. I truly appreciate the entire staff for everything! I would highly recommend this place over and over.
Very happy with the treatment of both of my dogs recently. I was especially impressed with the follow up text I received after I had brought my dog in who had an ear infection. They were double checking to make sure he was doing well. I also was able to get him in the same day I called. The doctors and staff are always great! Thanks so much!
