You are a miracle worker!! After falling over a baby gate and spilling red wine on our Karastan Williamsburg rug, I thought I had ruined it. After calling Bob Carr, he advised us to use old towels to blot the stains. Bob also graciously called his crew members and arranged a late afternoon pickup the same day. One week later, our beautiful rug was delivered looking brand new! Crew members (Chuck and another gentleman whose name I didn't get) were extremely courteous, prompt, and meticulous in their pick up, delivery, and setup.
