“Tech who arrived was very polite and easy to work with. I was a bit skeptical when they brought in a buffer for the cleaning but it did remove stains and pet oder. So I am satisfied with the work completed.I rated 4 instead of 5 due to the pricing discrepancy from online to reality. Safe-Dry charges you based on square footage regardless of whatever "coupon" is out there. My house is small so the rate turned out to be only a slight difference. If you want a known flat rate service, go to the other carpet cleaner in town.“
