Just not impressed with the service... as the pet owner, you must stay outside, then your pet goes inside with someone he or she doesn't know at all. They bring pet out with a bill, then you pay it. Never get to speak to vet, and have no knowledge of conditions in the rooms. I have no clue if the animal got treated for what we paid for, etc. Unfriendly personnel. They stated this is due to being understaffed. I fail to see the correlation, but whatever. Will find a better option for next time.

Great place to take your pets!! I take my cats and get flea meds. I found out about them because they are really close to my house and my cat almost died see had a abscess pop up on her back and was lifeless they saved her.

The veterinarian is great. She is competent, friendly, and knowledgeable. The Vet herself would get 5 stars. The average 3-star rating is for the person who booked my appointment and then "forgot" to put it in the computer , the unusually long wait time even with an appointment, and the feeling every time I come here as I look at the very crowded parking lot that they have overbooked appointments. As I write this I am sitting in my car with my pet in her carrier waiting for an appointment that should have started 1 hour ago. If you don't mind waiting, I would recommend this place because of the awesome veterinarian. Just make sure to confirm your appointment and bring something to do while you wait because you will definitely be waiting!
