I can’t say enough positive things about this company. And Ellen is beyond amazing. She spent hours with me helping me pick out my flooring and kept in touch during the whole process. She is knowledgeable and knows her products. Her customer service is above par! She definitely goes the extra mile for her customers. The flooring turned out beautiful and I am very impressed with the quality. Broadway Carpets and Brent Belue with Christian Carpeting are an amazing team. I had the best experience today in Knoxville! I’ve went with Broadway Carpets for commercial floors and rugs throughout my time here and I’ve always been 100% impressed. But today I went in to look for a random remnant for a weird hallway carpet I’m trying to match. The owner was there and hung out with the kids and had them “help” with the process and look at the fork lifts. Then he literally took my samples and matched it with measurements, padding and hardware and then loaded it in my car and when I tried to pay he said “No, no, it’s all good. I think it’s important to do acts of kindness just because. And I know you already have a lot with your upcoming move.” Along with how much he helped with my kids I just wanted to cry. I needed this small break today and one less thing to pay for and it made my heart grateful. 😇💕 Will be paying forward 💜
