Robert was super friendly. My computer (2011 MacBook Pro 13" early 2011) was really slow so I had him install a new SSD, RAM upgrade, and hard drive cable. He kept me updated throughout the day and I was able to pick up on my way home from work (same day turnaround). Computer is much faster, couldn't be happier. Thanks
